FAQS

What if I need more time?

If you’re planning on spending longer than your car park limit allows (4 hours), all you need to do is head over to our friendly Customer Service Desk team to let them know of your intentions and they’ll make sure to take down your number plate so you don’t get a parking ticket!

Please note: This excludes the 90-minute Pak’nSave car park (Carpark 7).

What carparks are best for after‑hours parking?

Hoyts
For late‑night cinema sessions, we recommend Carpark 5, which provides the most convenient after-hours access.

The Warehouse
If you are visiting after our normal trading hours, Carpark 1 is the best choice and has lift access available.

Kmart
For evening visits, Carpark 9 is the best option for after‑hours access.

General After‑Hours Information
Please note that some areas of our carparks have limited or no pedestrian access after-hours.

Carpark 2’s Mezzanine (M) level becomes inaccessible once the centre closes, and there is no safe pedestrian walkway - please don't use the vehicle ramp on foot.
If you require access to Carpark 2, please park on levels 1-3. These can be reached via Carpark 1 lifts after-hours.

Where can I find mobility parking?

Our mobility parks are located by all of our main entrances to the centre. These carpark spaces are available to vehicles clearly displaying a valid mobility permit:
Car park 5 ground level
Car park 5 level 1
Car park 5 level 2
Car park 7a
Car park 9
Car park 1 ground level
Undercover mobility parks can be found in carpark 1, 2, 4 and 5.

Please contact the customer service team on 09 570 3777 to discuss which carpark would best suit your needs on your next visit.

What do I do if I have received a parking ticket?

Eek! While it’s never our intention to issue parking tickets to genuine Sylvia Park customers, a ticket may be issued if you haven’t informed our Customer Service Team that you’ll be parking longer than the car park allows.

If this happens, please follow the instructions on the email or breach notice you received from Atlas Enforcement and appeal your ticket by including copies of your receipts from purchases made during your visit. This helps support your appeal by demonstrating that you were a customer during the fined period.
