HOW TO ENTER

Scan the promotion QR code on the MOVE CUBE or nearby posters.
Enter your details: first name, last name, email address, and player names if registering children under 16.
Receive your unique code on your phone screen.
Enter the code into the MOVE CUBE pin pad when it's your turn to play.
Play the game: tap the buttons as they light up, in sequence. Your score is based on speed and accuracy.

Giveaway:
Each eligible participant will receive one (1) giveaway item upon participation, subject to availability. The Promoter may in its sole discretion limit the number of giveaway items handed out on any one day during the promotion period. Participants may choose between a branded frisbee, bouncy ball or a drawstring sports bag, while stocks last. Choice of item is subject to stock availability at the time of redemption and is not guaranteed. The RRP of each frisbee is $5, the RRP of each bouncy ball is $5 and the RRP of each drawstring sports bag is $8.

The total number of giveaway items allocated to each participating centre is listed below. Once all allocated items have been distributed, no further giveaway items will be available. This offer is strictly limited to the quantities specified and will not be replenished. The Promoter will not be obliged to replace or replenish any giveaway items that may be damaged, lost or stolen before or during the promotion period.

The name of this “promotion” is MOVE.
Participation in this promotion indicates an acceptance of, and agreement to, all of these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not take part in this promotion.
The promotion will be open 10am Tuesday 29 September 2026 and finish at 4pm Sunday 11 October 2026 (“promotion period”).
Entry into this promotion is granted only by scanning the QR code, entering your first name, last name, email address, and adding player names if children under 16 are playing.
Entry into this promotion is only open to New Zealand residents who are aged 16 years and over.
The participating shopping centres are: Sylvia Park, LynnMall, The Base, Northlands
Children must be always supervised by a parent or guardian while engaging with the MOVE activation. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any incidents involving unsupervised minors.
Persons excluded from entering this promotion are staff and contractors of the Promoter, any participating sponsors, retailers and staff members from any participating centre, and their associated agencies and companies, and their immediate family members.
This giveaway will be available while stocks last and on a first-in, first-served basis. No holds will be permitted. The Promoter has no obligation to the entrant to provide the prize should the stocks of the giveaway run out.
The giveaway is not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash and no person will be entitled to receive more than one giveaway item during the promotion period.

The giveaway values are correct as at the date of preparing these terms and conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.
The prize winner/s are responsible for all other costs related to the prize. The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions of third party suppliers.
All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
Participants must take part in all reasonable publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without compensation. All participants consent to the Promoter using their names and images in any promotional or advertising activity related to the promotion without compensation.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion at any time without notice.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, except as required by law. The Promoter, its partners and providers take no responsibility for any costs or fees incurred as a result of entering this promotion. This includes but is not limited to any fuel, internet, or mobile service or function used to enter and/or interact with this promotion.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties express or implied regarding the quality or suitability of any prize awarded as part of this promotion and will not be responsible for breach of any such representations or warranties.
