Spin the Wheel - Terms and Conditions

For a limited time only and while stocks last, Spin the Wheel once per day during the Promotion Period for the chance to win a prize. 

Each entrant has the chance to win an instant prize (as set out below, subject to availability) from the Promoter or a participating Sylvia Park retailer and will also be entered into the draw for a selected grand prize (as set out below, subject to availability). 

Each voucher will expire on the dates specified below.

Promotion Period - Monday 18 May 2026 to Sunday 7 June 2026:

• Mondays – closed
• Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 3pm – 6:30pm
• Thursdays & Fridays from 4:30pm - 8pm
• Saturdays & Sundays from 11:30am - 2:30pm and 3:30pm - 7pm
• Public holidays - closed

The participating Kiwi Property shopping centre is Sylvia Park. 

Terms and Conditions:  Spin the Wheel

1. The promoter of this promotion is Sylvia Park Business Centre Limited, Level 7 Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010 (Promoter).
2. The name of this promotion is ‘Spin the Wheel’.
3. Subject to clause 22, the promotion will run from Monday 18 May 2026 to Sunday 7 June 2026 and take place during the following hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays (3pm – 6:30pm), Thursdays and Fridays (4:30pm – 8pm), Saturday and Sundays (11:30am - 2:30pm & 3:30pm – 7pm) (Promotion Period)
4. Participation in this promotion indicates an acceptance and agreement of all of these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not take part in this promotion.
5. Entry is open to NZ residents aged 18 and over excluding Kiwi Property employees, retailers of Sylvia Park and their employees as well as immediate family members of the same (including any spouse, child, de facto or any other family member residing at the same address as that person).
6. To enter the promotion, the individual must during the Promotion Period submit (prior to participating) a fully completed entry form at the Spin the Wheel activation site.  
7. An individual can only enter the promotion once per calendar day.
8. Any prize will be at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and the Promoter reserves the right not to present a prize for any reason.
9. This promotion will be conducted in-centre only.
10. Prizes will be available while stocks last and on a first-in, first-served basis. No holds will be permitted. The Promoter has no obligation to the entrant to provide a prize should stocks run out, nor will the Promoter be obliged to notify anyone should stock run out.
11. All vouchers will have an expiration date of three years from purchase as outlined on the voucher. Failure of the entrant to use or redeem their voucher by this date will result in the voucher being void. The Promoter has no obligation to the entrant to replace the voucher after this date.
12. The entrant acknowledges and agrees that entry into the Promotion does not guarantee a prize. The Promoter makes no representation or undertaking that any entrant will win a Prize.
13. Prizes are not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
14. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these terms and conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change to the prize value or prize pool. 
15. Recipients of the prizes may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the Promoter or the relevant participating Sylvia Park retailer.
16. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
18. Any failure by an entrant to comply with the conditions imposed by the Promoter may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability of the Promoter.
19. Entrants agree to take part in all reasonable publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without compensation. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their names and images in any promotional or advertising activity related to the promotion without compensation, and in doing so agree to Kiwi Property’s privacy policy accessible at www.kiwiproperty.com/corporate/privacy-policy.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion at any time.
21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, except as required by law. The Promoter, its partners and providers take no responsibility for any costs or fees incurred as a result of entering this promotion. This includes but is not limited to any fuel, internet, or mobile service or function used to enter and/or interact with this promotion.
22. To the extent that is permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the nature and suitability of any prize awarded as part of this promotion and will not be responsible for any breach of such representation or warranty.
23. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. All personal information collected will be collected and stored in accordance with the Kiwi Property privacy policy accessible at www.kiwiproperty.com/corporate/privacy-policy and the Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020 by emailing update@kp.co.nz. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise stated, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information in accordance with the Kiwi Property privacy policy and the Privacy Act 2020.
24. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this promotion using Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. However, the promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
25. By entering this promotion entrants consent to receiving communications from the Promoter and Kiwi Property through the nominated contact details provided by the entrant. These communications include but are not limited to grand prize notifications, future campaigns, research, marketing of events, offers and surveys.
26. The grand prizes will be drawn and contacted by 30 June 2026. The winners are required to respond within 3 working days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being redrawn and given to another participant.
