1. The Sylvia Park School Holidays Play Pack ("Pack") is provided by Kiwi Property Group Limited, Level 7 Vero Centre, 48 Shortland St, Auckland, 1010. Phone number: 093594000
2. The following terms & conditions apply to purchases of the Pack.
3. Packs are available for purchase between 10 am Monday, 30 March and end at 7pm Saturday, 18th April 2026 or while stocks last ("Promotion Period"). The vouchers for some of the offerings in the Pack are valid for the period shown on the vouchers.
HOW TO PURCHASE
4. To purchase a Pack:
1. Visit the Sylvia Park website at https://www.sylviapark.com/ and click on What’s On and then the School Holidays Play Pack page (https://www.sylviapark.com/blogs/school-holiday-play-pack)
Within this page is a buy now link. This link will click through to a GrabOne voucher page, where Purchasers will be able to purchase their Pack. The Pack is only available to purchase online during the Promotion Period.
2. A confirmation email will be sent to the Purchaser with the purchase details. Present this email with photo ID to the Sylvia Park Customer Service Desk during trading hours during the Promotion Period to pick up the Pack. Customers must retain the email confirmation as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of any purchase and forfeiture of any right to vouchers in the Pack. The confirmation email must clearly specify name and the number of Packs purchased.
5. The School Holidays Play Pack movie is only valid for children 15 years and under.
6. Once a purchase is made by the Purchaser, refunds will not be provided, subject to any rights the purchaser has under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
7. The total price for the School Holidays Play Pack is $20 and includes the Humantix booking fee and GST. All prices and values of the School Holidays Play Pack are in New Zealand Dollars. Once the purchase has been made via Humantix, a validation email will be sent to the Purchaser to confirm the order.
8. There is a limit of 10 Pack purchases per order. The Promotion is available while stocks last. There are 1150 School Holidays Play Packs for sale in total.
PACK CONDITIONS
9. All vouchers and passes come with expiry dates. They must be used by those expiry dates or they become void.
10. Child Hoyts Movie ticket: This voucher is valid for one admission only, up to 15 years of age, for all F, PG, and M movies. This ticket does not guarantee a reserved seat. Seating is subject to availability at the time of redemption and is not redeemable for recliner seats or day beds. This ticket is valid until the date shown in the voucher. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. This ticket may not be sold, exchanged or used in conjunction with any other offer. Standard film classifications apply. Other terms and conditions as shown on the voucher apply. Valid for use at Hoyts Sylvia Park only.
11. Livewire Time Card: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Valid until date shown on voucher. This voucher will not be extended or replaced and is not redeemable for cash. This voucher may not be sold, exchanged or used in conjunction with any other offer. Valid for use at Livewire Sylva Park only, subject to venue capacity.
12. Wicked Chicken: one voucher for buy one; Terms and conditions apply, one voucher valid per customer per visit. Not in conjunction with any other promotion, not to be redeemed beyond expiry date. Voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

14. Garrisons: one free children's meal with every adult meal purchased. Download the Star Social Rewards App and redeem your free kids' meal. Enter the promo code on the voucher. Expires 6 months from issue date. The Voucher entitles the holder to one free kids' meal per full-prices adult meal. Only available during 1-30 April 2026
15. Goode Brothers: Free kids drink with a kids meal purchase. Download the Star Social Rewards App and redeem your free kids' meal. Enter the promo code on the voucher. Can be used on 12 0r 19 April 2026.
16. Master Kong: Free ice cream with kids meal at Kids Day Out events. Download the Star Social Rewards App and redeem your free kids' meal. Enter the promo code on the voucher. Only available during 1-30 April 2026
17. Viet Flames: 50% off all drinks. Valid only at Vietflames Sylvia Park. One voucher per group, per visit. Offer valid for one month from issue date. Voucher must be presented at the time of purchase.
18. Columbus Coffee: One free kids' hot chocolate with any hot beverage. Only available at Columbus Coffee Sylvia Park. The voucher is valid for one kid's hot chocolate with the purchase of any hot beverage. Upsize or add-ons are an additional charge. Child must be present to redeem offer. Valid for children 12 years and under. Voucher may only be used once. Not eligible with any other offer. Voucher valid from 26 March to 19 April 2026.
19. Specsavers: free eye test for under 16s.Free eye test for kids 15 years and younger applies to comprehensive eye tests only, normally valued at $60. Excludes contact lens examinations, visual field checks and any further supplementary eye test. For further T&Cs visit the store.
20. Specsavers: 25% off one pair of complete pair glasses. Available exclusively at Specsavers Sylvia Park. Applies to one complete pair of glasses starting from $169 (single vision lenses included). Excludes reglazes and safety & swimming eyewear and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts. For further T&Cs visit the store.
21. Wu Cha: Valid until 26 April 2026. This voucher is non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be refunded. This voucher must be presented at the point of sale. Valid for $5 off any two drinks purchased together at regular price. Redeemable only at Wucha Sylvia Park. Not valid with other promotions or discounts. One voucher per transaction. This voucher will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
22. Just Cuts: This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other Just Cuts Promotion or offer. Theis voucher is not redeemable for cash. One voucher per person, per visit. Justcuts.com
23. Taco Bell: Valid until 2nd May 2026, only at Taco Bell Sylvia Park. Must surrender coupon to redeem. One free item per coupon.
24. Roll’d: Free Mini Pho Cup or a free drink (Pepsi, 7UP or Ice Tea or Just Juice) when dining with paying adult, on any adult meal. Valid Monday to Friday only.
25. Tank: 20% of next order at TANK Sylvia Park with code. It is a single-use voucher can be redeemed online, via the app or in-store at TANK Sylvia Park, up to a maximum order value of $50. Not valid in conjunction with any other offers or discounts and not redeemable for cash. Valid until 30/6/2026.
UNCLAIMED SCHOOL HOLIDAYS PLAY PACK
26. School Holidays Play Pack can be claimed no later than Sunday 19th April 2026. Any Pack that has been purchased but remains unclaimed will not be refunded or the vouchers' validity or expiry extended.
GENERAL
27. The participating Kiwi Property shopping centres are: Sylvia Park.
28. Packs will be available while stocks last and on a first-in, first-served basis. No holds will be permitted. The Promoter has no obligation to provide Packs should the stocks run out.
29. The Packs are not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash and there is a limit of five per Purchaser. If, for any reason, outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Pack is unable to be supplied, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different pack of equal or greater value.
30. The Pack values and vouchers are correct as at the date of preparing these terms and conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in Pack value.
31. The Purchaser is responsible for all other costs related to the Packs. The Pack contents are subject to additional terms and conditions of third party suppliers.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms and conditions of the Pack purchase. Any changes to these terms will be made clear prior to purchase.
33. To the extent that is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with purchasing a Pack.
34. All personal information collected will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy which can be found at Privacy policy - Kiwi Property. Any Purchaser has the right to access their personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020 by emailing update@kp.co.nz. By providing their information, each Purchaser agrees that the Promoter may use the Purchaser's personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy.
35. By providing their information, Purchasers consent to receiving communications by the Promoter through the nominated contact details provided by the Purchaser. These communications include but are not limited to future campaigns, research, marketing of events and offers, and surveying.
