Resident Services Ambassador

Are you ready to be the heart of Resido, bringing people together in a brand-new community? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Resido team as a Resident Services Ambassador. If you have a passion for creating unforgettable experiences and making people smile, then this is the job for you!

We have a part time role for 20 hours per week covering the weekend and one week day until the end of December 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Be the ultimate host and create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all resident needs are met promptly and with a smile.
• Manage resident enquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the community is always in top-notch condition.
• Actively manage resident move ins, booking and the new induction of residents.
• Support the organisation and coordination of exciting events and activities that will make our community the envy of the town.

Requirements:

• A natural person with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for creating memorable experiences and making people happy.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or property management is a plus, but not required.
• Must be willing to have fun and bring a positive energy to the team!

About Resido:

It’s renting, but not as you know it.
