Greta Kenyon is the founder of Together Journal, New Zealand’s premier bridal magazine. Her impact on the industry is a testament to her vision, work ethic, and ability to cultivate meaningful relationships. Through her work, she has built not only a successful publication, but a community that celebrates creativity, connection, and modern love.

We’re continually inspired by Greta’s perspective and experience as a woman in business. She reflects on womanhood below. 

 “For me, being a woman begins with being a mother.  It's the role that grounds me and shapes how I move through the world, constantly reminding me what truly matters. 

Alongside that, I’m building a brand and business of my own. I am proud to be a woman in business and I hope I am encouraging others.  I’m also a friend to many incredible women who inspire and support me in the most meaningful ways.  

I think being a woman is about holding all of that at once. It’s about growing, finding balance where you can, and creating a life that feels true while staying connected to the people you love and supporting other women along the way.” 

When asked how we as a society can best empower women, Greta comments, “By leading through our actions and choosing to genuinely support one another.  That means championing other women, collaborating, and consciously doing business with them.  Small, consistent choices like these create real momentum and lasting change.”
