About the Role
This role is based in Sylvia Park, a Tuesday to Saturday roster with flexibility required to cover additional shifts is needed.
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of store management, including:
- Building and leading a motivated, engaged team
- Driving a strong sales culture and delivering exceptional customer experience
- Managing rosters and wages
- Visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards
- Stock management and store presentation
