Tommy Gun’s is searching for their next front of house superstar! We are hiring to fill the role of a casual position with the potential of part time for the right candidate. We are also hiring for BOTH locations, Sylvia Park & Glenfield Mall!

Our front of house staff are more than just a welcoming face, they are responsible for the every day running’s of the barber shop. It is a very fast paced role/environment and is best suited to someone who is a gun at multi tasking, extremely organised and shines under pressure during our busy periods. We thrive on our fast faced environment and make sure we are always having fun with a smile on our face!

We’re not just your typical Barbershop. The atmosphere and vibe in our shop is like nothing else! We offer our customers the best of the best by having a strong team of talented barbers that deliver an epic customer journey. We have the largest range of men’s hair care, styling, beard, shave, and grooming products from around the globe, so we’re the ultimate destination and one stop shop for all things grooming. Plus, the tunes are always pumping!

What we’re looking for in you?

• Confidence to educate and recommend retail products to walk in customers ( training provided ) 
• A customer service superstar with a fun & outgoing personality! Greeting & serving customers, walk in retail sales, general enquiries etc
• Someone who wants to learn everything about barbering without actually being a barber
• Confidence in assisting your store manager to run a large team of barbers
• Long term commitment to the role. We want this to be a career for you, not just a job
• A hunger to smash daily targets & KPI’s
• To be available for a range of casual hours/days, which may include one late night per week and alternative weekend days
